Michael has over twenty five years experience as an Owners Representative, Corporate Real Estate Executive and
Registered Architect. He has been in charge of many complex and high profile base building development and
interior projects ranging in size from less than 5k feet to over 1 million square feet and has worked in over 15 states.
His educational background includes a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from Pratt Institute, a MBA in Corporate
Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Masters in Corporate Real Estate from the CoreNet Global real estate network.
Michael has taught the Owners Side Project Management and Real Estate Development classes at New York University and
has written articles for Real Estate NY, Perspective NY, Real Estate Weekly and Business Facilities Magazines. He is the
Past NYC Chapter Chair of CoreNet Global and won the Service Provider Member of the year award.

export, purchasing, legal, licensing, traffic management, customer service, and other operational areas of major NY area
companies, including 15 years with the Hewlett Packard Corporation, as well as the Fairleigh Dickinson University Treasury
Department and in the specialty chemicals industry.
Diane has a Bachelors Degree with honors from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Post Bachelors Degree American
Management Association Certificate in Management Development.
She is an expert in streamlining and writing financial and operational procedures for companies, reducing expenses while
creating auditable internal control systems, automating electronic processes, as well as improving direct marketing initiatives.
